What This Privacy Policy Covers

This policy covers how Berkeley Varitronics Systems, Inc. treats personal information that it collects and receives, including information related to your past use of BVS products and services. Users who visit this page can opt out of receiving future marketing communications from these new categories or they can unsubscribe by following instructions contained in the messages they receive. We reserve the right to send you certain communications relating to the BVS service, such as service announcements, administrative messages and the BVS Newsletter, that are considered part of your BVS e-mail opt-in and customer request dialogue, without offering you the opportunity to opt out of receiving them. Opt-in and E-mail Subscriptions

BVS makes no unsolicited contact to potential customers, web visitors or the general public. We reserve the right to compile email addresses of those who contact BVS first and then reply to those emails with the option to “opt-in” and confirm an email mailing list subscription with BVS. This subscription may be cancelled at anytime by visiting our Home page and following instructions to unsubscribe.

We limit access to personal information about you to employees who we believe reasonably need to come into contact with that information to provide products or services to you or in order to do their jobs.
